Victor Ababio

Victor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IPSL. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and experienced Project Manager with over 35 years proven track record in consulting, project finance, advisory services and construction project management in industrial, energy and infrastructure sectors within the international and domestic markets. Victor successfully managed several construction projects in UK and abroad for Atkins, Carillion, Landsec, Trilluim, working closely with governments, design consultants, and clients. He holds two separate master’s degrees in project management and construction management.
