Victor Ababio
Chief Executive Officer

Biography

Victor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of IPSL. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and experienced Project Manager with over 35 years proven track record in consulting, project finance, advisory services and construction project management in industrial, energy and infrastructure sectors within the international and domestic markets. Victor successfully managed several construction projects in UK and abroad for Atkins, Carillion, Landsec, Trilluim, working closely with governments, design consultants, and clients. He holds two separate master’s degrees in project management and construction management.

Emeritus Prof Brian Scott-Quinn
Non-Executive Director

Biography

Brian was the past Chairman of ICMA Centre – the business school for financial markets which he created at the University of Reading in 1991 as a new venture. ICMA is the trade association and market regulator for the international capital market.

He trained initially as a finance/operations manager with Coats Vlyella plc, which at the time was a multinational, FTSE100 textile company. He later moved to the City of London where while also teaching at the University of Reading, he was a financial analyst with Kidder Pea-body Securities Ltd before becoming a founder share holder of Ross and Partners Ltd, a privately owned Eurobond trading house which he helped set up.

He has been a consultant to the US treasure and to central bank and was a monetary policy advisor to former UK Chancellor of the Exchequer, Lord Howe of Aberavon (Sir Geoffrey Howe) in 1978/9. He has consulted widely for investment banks and asset management houses and most recently advised a major Dubai Investment bank on strategy for growth in its securities trading business. 

 

Edward Humado

Biography

Edward is an experienced Operations Manager, Finance, Human Resource, and Administrative Executive who leads companies through change management to profitable growth. A strategic problem solver with over Thirty-Five (35) years of extensive Administrative, Operations, Projects, Logistics, and Warehouse management experience across industries.

He holds an MBA in International Management and Human Resources from the University of Applied Management, an affiliate of the University of Applied Management in Erding, Germany, a Bachelor of Commerce, B.Com.Dip.Ed, from the University of Cape Coast, and a Post Graduate Certificate, Business Materials Management, Logistics and Warehousing from the Australian Institute of Management, (AIM).

 
Maame Aba Wusuah Afare
Commercial Director

Biography

Maame Aba Wusuah Affare has Nineteen (19) years of experience in Measurement of Construction Works, Estimating, Pre-qualification and Tender / Contract Documentation and Contract Administration, including construction project supervision, cost monitoring relating to buildings and landscaping. Her exposure has covered a wide range of reputable local and foreign clients, consultants and contractors.

She holds an Msc. Construction Management, Commonwealth Exec. MBA and Bsc. Building Technology.
